Punya Foundation USA in collaboration with the HDNP International and Prosperity Bank organised thanksgiving meals for the homeless people in Fort Worth, Texas on 13 November 2022. The program has been organised since 2012.

Homeless people of various walks of life received meals. The organisers estimate approximately 225 people were provided with hot meals.
Speaking at the program, Mr. David Acharya, President HDNP, expressed gratefulness for being able to serve the community. He aspires to do more. He also expressed special thanks to Punya Foundation for stepping up and providing continuous partnership for several years to provide meals to the needy people as well as joining hands for the blanket drive each Christmas.

Mr Sudip Adhikari, President Punya Foundation USA expressed the need of programs to help homeless people. He stated that the Foundation team is working on blankets distribution scheduled for 24th of December. Ms Sambridhi Adhikari is one of the blanket drive coordinators. She requested individuals to setup up and chip in few dollars to help homeless people keep warm the upcoming winter.
