Herewith, Punya Foundation Inc. presents its annual report 2018 for your review. The year 2018 propelled the Foundation from 2 domain (Education and Empowerment to 6 domains – please click HERE for the domains. The Foundation team realises this aa a huge responsibility and a mega-leap.

-Education and scholarship: 132 students in Nepal and 6 students in Ethiopia, Africa are under the scholarship programme

-Women Empowerment: 5 women victims of rape and sexual assaults benefit from micro-finance projects in Ethiopia, Africa. Few interested women got an opportunity to participate during poem recitation in Adelaide. Each country team observes women participation in the Foundation’s decision making board.

-Community Engagement: the Foundation organised a Multicultural Spiritual Program in Adelaide for fund generation. A space for spirituality for many. Also, the Foundation organised Australia Clean-up project at Playford City Council, Adelaide – a step toward civic responsibility. The Foundation in collaboration with Rotary Club provided support to disabled and vulnerable community members with provision of aids and support material. The Foundation team in the USA organised local activities to support old, homeless and vulnerable people.

With time, the Foundation team has built its capacity and gained experience. The team is taking up one challenge after the other to meet aspirations of its target population.
