Punya Foundation partnered for Namaste 5K held in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Namaste 5K started in 2021 with an objective to promote healthy living and social harmony.

Namaste 5K is a concept of Mr Roshan Human. The concept has a wider vision of wellbeing. Gradually, like-minded individuals joined their hand making it successful. Roshan Human is the participant of the Guinness World Record for Most Users to Complete a Remote 10KM in 24 hours. He is the Director of Public Relation, Punya Foundation, USA.

In September 2022, around 100 participants including children, women and men participated in Namaste 5K in person. Under the coordination of Mr Raman Dahal, dozens participated virtually from Atlanta, Georgia. Namaste 5K 2022 was organized in partnership with community clubs and organization like Global Hindu Organization (GBHO), Punya Foundation, Bhutanese Community of Central Ohio (BCCO), 50 Stars Yuva Club and Christian International Sports Council (CISA). It was held at Civic Park Race Track in Reynoldsburg Ohio.

Namaste 5K will be organized every year as a social event. It has an aim to be organised each year, in different cities within the United States and also on other countries in the future.
