Punya Foundation, team USA had been organising relief programs for homeless people living in Texas since last couple of years. In such programs, it collaborates with HDNP, which is a non-for profit.
On 31 July 2022, HDNP and Punya Foundation again came together organising relief for homeless people. This time, free food distribution was organised. Mr Sudip Adhikari, Punya Foundation President, USA stated that over 200 individuals grabbed their share. The program organisers expressed their satisfaction that the target population appreciated the program and received it very well.
Mr Adhikari is planning collaborate and organise another relief program in towards end of December 2022. Punya Foundation USA is a charity and has 501(C)3 status.
