Donation Appeal: Year 2016

To give continuity to its scholarships and empowerment programs, the Punya Foundation hereby calls for donation drive for year 2016. This year, the Foundation is sponsoring 54 students; 50 in Nepal and 4 in Africa. There are 32 vulnerable students in our waiting list requiring support to make their schooling possible. With support of our kind donors, we are hoping to give continuity to our existent programs and if we manage to generate funds to accomodate those on waiting list. 

The amount needed to sponsor a child for the academic year 2016 is equivalent to 150 Australian dollars per year.

Note: Last year on wishes of our sponsors, the Foundation coupled students to them as donors. Unfortunately, despite our repetitive efforts some of the sponsors after having expressed their committed for donation could not be contacted. This has put the Foundation in financial pressure. From this year, for all new donors wishing to be coupled to a child, we will link a child to the donor only after receiving your kind donation.
