This initiative, supported by the Australian Government through Cancer Australia, is designed to improve health outcomes for Nepali-speaking communities by increasing awareness of breast cancer and the life-saving importance of early detection.

The program delivers culturally appropriate education sessions in Nepali, organised with interpreter services to ensure clear communication and inclusivity. In collaboration with experts like Ms. Marita Aldridge from BreastScreen SA, the session provided a safe and supportive space for participants to ask questions, share experiences, and overcome fear and misinformation.

Through the efforts of Punya Foundation and community partners, the program continues to empower individuals to take proactive steps toward screening and better health.
