TARGET POPULATION
- • People who need support to live a dignified life. The Foundation assists orphans, poor, underprivileged, and rendered vulnerable children with their education.
- • Women victims of rape, sexual assaults and domestic violence through counselling, mediation programs, adult education, and micro-finance projects.
- • Victims of natural disasters and calamities through mobilisation of resources to extend emergency assistance.
- • Migrants and refugees through integration and cultural programs, job-oriented training programs and psychosocial support.
- • Poor and needy people in developing countries organising health clinics.
HOW WE DO?
- • In each registered country, the Foundation has a board of executives and or directors. They meet on a regular basis as mandated by the country specific constitution – to plan, appraise, monitor, and evaluate projects and progress against set objectives.
- • The Foundation has country specific implementing partners in each country where projects run. The implementing partners organise themselves as a committee and take responsibilities in project planning, analysis, and implementation.
- • A representative of the Foundation communicates with the implementing partner on a regular basis, who in turn updates to the board/executives.
- • Implementing partners are required to submit progress reports and an annual report in accordance with the memorandum of understanding.
- • Foundation’s representative/s may attend major project events like scholarship distribution, monitoring, and evaluation sessions with or without prior information to the implementing partner.
- • This ground analysis is done for monitoring and evaluation and to exercise utmost transparency for appropriate utilisation of donors’ money.
- • The Foundation is accountable and responsible to its donors. It provides regular update of running programs, circulates new letters and publishes annual reports.
