To support early detection and improve cancer outcomes, primarily for Nepali language speaking migrant communities in Australia, the Punya Foundation has developed a series of bilingual podcasts in English and Nepali focusing on breast cancer, bowel cancer, prostate cancer, and access to cancer care. These podcasts provide clear, culturally appropriate information to help individuals recognise early symptoms, understand the importance of screening, and navigate available health services. They are designed to be easily shared within families and community networks, promoting awareness and encouraging timely health‑seeking behaviour.
Punya Foundation proudly acknowledges that this project has been funded by the Australian Government through Cancer Australia’s Supporting People with Cancer Grant Program. Their support has enabled Punya Foundation to deliver accessible cancer‑awareness resources and strengthen early‑detection efforts across the community.
