Julia and Rolf
Rolf and Julia celebrated their prosperous and rewarding 25th wedding anniversary on 29th August 2015 in Amsterdam. The invitees booked their presence in garden of their newly purchased house. Rolf and Julia, in advance informed their guests that their 25th wedding anniversary shall dedicate to charity. Instead of gifts, bouquet of flowers and cards, Julia and Rolf wanted to support education of children who lost their parent/s in Nepal during the earthquakes of April and May 2015.
The garden party of Rolf and Julia, amidst full moon and pleasant weather, was a happy and returning get together. On good will of their fabulous friends, guests and well-wishers, Rolf and Julia, on their 25th wedding anniversary managed to collect 1736 USD and donated the amount to the Foundation for education of orphan children in Nepal.
Dr. Julia Sterk-Blaauw is a consultant of palliative medicine practicing in Amsterdam. She is a former clinical supervisor of Dr. Lakshmi Prasad Dhakal, the Founding cum Executive Director of the Punya Foundation, during his training of Elderly Care Physician in Amsterdam.
