In April 2011, the foundation organised a stakeholder analysis to identify the needs at community level. Present in the discussion program are community leaders, representatives of youth organisations, social workers and volunteers Mr. Vidhyapati Mishra of Bhutan Media Society, facilitated the discussion program. The participants welcomed foundation to organise empowerment program. During the interaction program, a team is formed in voluntary basis to explore further on scholarship program – target group identification, modality of selection process and award of scholarship. Mr. TB Gurung, former Camp Secretary of Beldangi-I, Bhutanese Refugee Camp has been unanimously selected to coordinate the process. Hereby, the a short discussion (in Nepali):
