In collaboration with BRAIN, an empowerment program is organised in Nepal. The program is targetted to uplift socicially isolated “single women”. To give moral support, to recognise and to encourage other single women’s active participation in society, 5 single women were awarded amidst a program. Cultural activities, awareness raising dramas against violence were performed. Social organisation provided inputs to promote single women’s active participation in society.
