Dr. Lakshmi Prasad Dhakal, Executive/Founding Director of the Punya Foundation discussed about the Foundation’s program with resettled Bhutanese in the United States of America.
Three consecutive meetings are organised with the resettled Bhutanese in Lancaster, Pittsburgh and Ohio. The participants appreciated the programs of the Punya Foundation and expressed their support. Also, the registration of the Punya Foundation in the USA was discussed. It is decided that after further exploration, a team of committed individuals will be formed to draft bylaws.
